Our founder, who gave his name to the business, began making furniture from his father’s garage after serving his time as a cabinet maker, studying veneering and wood carving.
He quickly became known for his strong values of trust, collaboration and quality craftsmanship – values on which the business has built its enviable reputation.

Whether we are undertaking a full kitchen renovation, designing for private homes or working in collaboration with interior designers and architects, Alexander Carrick’s focus remains constant: to make luxury kitchens and furniture that feel natural in their setting, honest in their construction and beautiful in the everyday.
We’re honoured and proud to exclusively serve the North of England. Our local focus allows hands-on collaboration from day one. Customers are invited to visit our workshop, meet the team and view their project in progress. All of our projects can be located within a reasonable distance from our workshop.
